The aim of the position of lecturer on the EMiLA European Master in Landscape Architecture programme is to identify and support new design teacher whose work embodies the potential of landscape as a relevant medium for design. Although most of the work is carried out at the ENSP, the person will also play an active role in strengthening partnerships between institutions in the EMiLA network through various activities.
Description of duties or tasks to be performed
Teach courses offered by the Project Department as part of the preparatory cycle and the DEP Diplôme d’État de Paysagiste (State Diploma in Landscape Architecture) cycle, in particular:
• Studio/Charrette for the IFLA World Congress, 5, 6, 8 and 9 September 2025.
• 1 to 2 Master’s level project workshops, depending on the length and timing of the stay.
• Itinerant Design Studio (Atelier Voyage) to a project site abroad.
• Other activities of the project department and/or the landscape project research laboratory (LAREPLaboratoire de recherche en projet de paysage).
• Publication of a reflective report on the EMiLA European Master in Landscape Architecture scholarship experience, with a focus on the project workshops.
He/she shall ensure that his/her teaching is conducted in accordance with the internal regulations of the ENSP and health and safety rules.
